About PM Modi's second Speech
On 24th March 2020 at 8:00 p.m (IST) India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again addresses Indian citizens. In the speech he extends the national lockdown till 14 April (21 days). He also says that this time it would be a total lockdown except for the essential services and gives the statistics about the growth of the virus.
