On 19 March 2020 PM Narendra Modi addresses Indian citizens and gives them knowledge regarding Coronavirus (COVID - 19). He also tells the citizens about the Do's and Dont's during this time. See PM Modi giving the speech in the link given below ↓

PM Modi's Speech on Coronavirus

In this speech, he asks the whole country to follow a term "Janata Curfew". It means that no citizens goes out in the streets out after 7 am to 9 pm except some people like doctors, nurses, etc. as they have work which has to be done immediately.
